What we collect
To deliver your newsletter, we collect the information you give us directly: your account email, the recipient addresses you enter, and the photos, captions, and stories you upload for each issue. We also collect basic technical data (browser, device, approximate location) to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
We use your content for one purpose: producing and shipping your printed newsletters. Email is used to send account notices, ship notifications, and edit-deadline reminders. We do not sell or rent your personal family content to third parties.
Who we share it with
Limited partners help us run the service — for example, our payments processor, our print and mail fulfillment partner, and our hosting provider. They only receive what they need to do their job (e.g. the print partner gets your issue PDF and shipping address) and are contractually required to protect it.
Your choices
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You can request deletion of your account and stored content by contacting us. Some records (such as billing history) may be retained as required by law.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your account and content, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Please keep backups of anything irreplaceable. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
